Laborers and their employers share common ground in securing projects and jobs, increasing union-sector market share, advertising services, developing workforces and advancing shared market-related interests.

Cook, Hall & Hyde Insurance (LI) - A leading regional provider of commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits and risk management services, employing more than 100 people in three offices: Melville and East Hampton, NY, and Fair Lawn, NJ.  The fast-growing organization has a strong portfolio of premier carriers that it offer its clients.  

Thoracic Group (Somerset, NJ) - The largest provider of general thoracic surgical services in New Jersey, utilizing the Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) procedure, which they pioneered and developed, to operate on the lungs and chest with minimal invasiveness.  Thoracic Group’s board-certified surgeons work out of Somerset Medical Center, St. Peter’s University Hospital and Robert Wood Johnson.
